Musique Multi-Montreal

MMM is a social economy enterprise with an inclusive vision. Its goal is to preserve, develop and promote music from the world’s greatest traditions.

This is achieved through the following roles, which shape all of MMM’s product and service offerings to artists, promoters and various audiences:

Talent scout
MMM scouts local professional musicians from cultural communities. Every year, MMM receives and auditions more than 100 files, then makes a selection from among them. MMM offers coaching, mentoring and support services to the selected artists.

Producer and promoter
Artists discovered through Découvertes MMM (MMM discoveries) are invited to take part in the MMM Festival’s various creations and commissions, or the two series of concert co-productions: 
Concerts au bout du monde and Concerti sous la pergola, as well as in-school presentations for the Ma planète, mon école ! event. MMM sur les routes is another co-production of MMM and regional promoters.

Promotional coach
Once artists have taken to the stage, MMM offers coaching and mentoring services to help them achieve a performance level that enables MMM to include them in the network of promoters in Quebec, elsewhere in Canada and internationally via an equitable artists’ booking service.
